If you are ordering another way other than online, please remember to include all relevant information and also a telephone number in case you need to be contacted regarding your order.
Payment & Ordering Information
Full payment is to be made when an order is placed online.
If you are posting your order form to us, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, please make the cheque payable to Little Fairies
Cheques are banked immediately. When funds have cleared, work will begin on your order. You will be notified as soon as your order is complete and has been dispatched.
To place an order online with 'Little Fairies' please click on the product required, make your selection from the drop down menu boxes, continue to follow the links. All of your chosen information will be held until you have completed your shopping. Remember to press the UPDATE button, to update the contents of your shopping basket!
Once you have finalised your order you will be taken directly to Paypal's secure website to pay for your items. You can pay straight from your Paypal account or by using any of the Credit/Debit cards listed.
This page will inform you of the total payment amount, which will be in UK pounds and will also show the amount for postage.
Delivery Charges:
Orders up to 49.99 - delivery charge is 4.95
Orders 50.00 - 249.99 - delivery charge is 9.95
Orders 250.00 & over - delivery charge is FREE
All items will have a discreet 'Little Fairies' clear label on the back
We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order has been received, and again to tell you your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time from the date you placed your order. If paying by cheque please allow another week on top of normal delivery time, as the cheque will need to be banked and funds to be cleared before any work on your order begins.
We will try our best to help with last minutes orders, where we can. If you require your order any sooner than is stated, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
All of our deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail recorded delivery service and will require a signature as proof of delivery, We can deliver to your home or business address (UK only).
If nobody is available to take delivery, the postman will leave a card telling you to collect the parcel from your local Post/Sorting office. You will have one week to collect the parcel, after that time it will be returned to us. If the parcel has to be re-delivered to you, postal charges will apply again same as before. “Little Fairies” are not responsible for checking that your delivery address is correct. You will be responsible for the cost of any products sent to a delivery address incorrectly supplied by you.
All of our deliveries are despatched in good faith, but occasionally our carriers do get it wrong, items and go missing (very rarely does this happen).
We cannot be held responsible for this, as it is completely out of our control once an order has left us . We cannot accept any liability or claim for non arrival, delay or damage to goods once they have left our premises.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be given to non-custom items.
*Please note- We will not refund any money on goods that have been opened or used.
Return costs will be down to the customer not “Little Fairies”.
You will be refunded in the same way you paid. You must notify “Little Fairies” firstly before returning any item to us by e-mail: lisa@little-fairies.co.uk or by telephone:01226 751592.
You must make contact about returning your item within 4 days of receipt.
No Returns or Cancellations on custom made items.
Custom made being- Any item specially created using the colours, decorations etc.. of your choice. It is recommended that you use the sample service if you are unsure of any design, colour etc.. of an item.
